What Does Wine Taste Like

It is very difficult to answer the question ‘what does wine taste like’ because there is such a complex character to each grape, each terroir, and each type of wine vinification – whether in oak or steel tanks.

But, what we can always say is that wine tastes like grape juice and something else, where the something else can be fruit, flowers, earthy notes such as mushroom or grass.
